JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a preschool assistant for our round-the-clock open preschool, Nyckelpigan.

The preschool is located in the Södra Ryd district and shares facilities with the Trollsländan preschool, and the preschools have a close collaboration.

As a preschool assistant with us, you contribute to creating a safe and educational environment where children can grow and develop according to their needs. To meet the children where they are, it is important that you are open to different perspectives and can find creative solutions. You will work closely with your colleagues to create engagement and participation among the children. Caring for the children is the focus, and it is important that you feel secure in your professional role.

We prefer that you applying for this position are a trained preschool assistant and have a few years of work experience.

Nyckelpigan preschool is our preschool that offers childcare during inconvenient hours. Therefore, you who apply for this position need to be able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, it is required that you have:

• Preschool assistant education or other educational training that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• A criminal record extract must be submitted before employment

Experience from working in a preschool is an advantage.

You should be able to build good and trusting relationships with the children, colleagues, guardians, and other partners both within and outside the organization.

You have a professional and positive attitude where the child's best interests are always in focus, and you treat everyone with care, kindness, and respect.
